My Background and Approach
Grad school was just the beginning... As a therapist I really learned the tools to help clients heal and grow when my had situations where I didn't know what to do! From there, listening to what the needs of my clients were, learning and training in EMDR, Brain-spotting, IFS, and more allowed to me to actually gain the skills it need to help my clients reduce unwanted symptoms, work through trauma, and deal with difficult relationships in life, and get to living life the way you want.
