About My Clients
Are you frustrated with yourself about letting fear drive your decisions? Do you experience negative self talk such as -You are a failure, You are not worthy, and You don’t matter! The harder you try to make those painful thoughts go away, the more power they seem to have and the more you believe them. You stuff down your emotions and feel disconnected from others and ultimately yourself. I am here to guide and support you as explore those emotions and connect back to yourself with compassion.
My Background and Approach
Together, you and I will explore what is underneath the fears and negative self talk you experience with curiosity and compassion. As we work together in a supportive and safe environment, your self awareness and self compassion will increase which is crucial in your healing process. I believe that you have the power to heal and you have more strengths and abilities than you realize. You can do this.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have experienced negative self talk and fear and I understand how painful it can feel. After my mom died, I felt grief I had never experienced before and working with a hospice counselor helped me to be with the grief and instead of trying to push my emotions down. As a result, I felt inspired to support others as they are confronted with grief. Everyone has their own path they are traveling and I am here to help guide and support them as they seek to live with authenticity and meaning. I strongly support Black Lives Matter and the importance of equality and justice in our society. If you want to learn more about how I work please contact me.
