The core of my specialty is in trauma recovery, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, post-abortion healing, and fixing broken relationships and restoring a balanced life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Most of us were not given a book of Life when we were born. We didn't have a strategic map on how to handle all of the complexity that we can face. Many lack the tools to navigate out of their circumstances or to repair the damage that was done to our internal coping mechanisms. The truth is that the hurt, pain, and unhealthy behaviors can change. We can unlearn what we learned that didn't work for us. We can pick up our self-esteem, worth, and confidence as we move forward from today.
