My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with young professionals on understanding what's happening in their lives, but we also talk about how to actually make changes, which can be the most important part. If desired, my approach can combine traditional talk therapy with tools from mindfulness and yoga. Clients say they love my warm and welcoming approach. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Spirituality is important to me. I have pursued my spiritual practice for two decades, and I continue to be humbled by the ever-expanding nature of things. I strive to live a day-to-day practice of reverence and kindness towards others. I hold a black belt in Korean Royal Court Martial Arts as well as a certificate in yoga. From these practices, I have gained respect and a desire to explore different ways of being and art forms. The most moving sessions with my clients occur when they teach me just as much as I help them.
