About My Clients
I believe in creating a safe and non judgmental space where my clients feel secure in sharing their thoughts and feelings. My specializations include working with adults and couples experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
My Background and Approach
As a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Masters of Science in Counseling program, I operate from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective based on the intersection of thoughts, beliefs, and the feelings that come from them. I also utilize a variety of other techniques that are best suited and adapted to you as an individual. Therapy is a collaborative process where together we come up with a plan of action that is tailored to your needs and goals.
