About My Clients
Do you ever feel lost, stuck, or anxious about current issues in your life? Does it feel like these issues consume you and make it difficult to do activities in your day-to-day life? These are all concerns that can be brought into session and talked about freely and openly as we walk together, and work together, to reach the goals you aspire to in life.
My Background and Approach
In sessions I will use a variety of approaches depending on what works best in session with the client and the concerns presented. My main approach is Humanistic or Person-Centered approach. Currently I am getting my Master's Degree and will be specializing in working with the population of childhood and adolescents.
