I work with individuals dealing with life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, challenges with attention and concentration, women's issues, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and trauma. I offer a space to process as well as a holistic approach to help you identify healthy coping skills and find a sense of relief from what you may be experiencing.
My Background and Approach
I am psycho dynamically trained as well as have training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma.
