About My Clients

I work with teens, young adults, and full on grown ups whose lives are generally pretty good, but feel that something is missing or needs to change. My specialty is clients who are experiencing a transition in their lives, whether good or bad, and need help sorting through the feelings and beliefs that are coming up.

My Background and Approach

I understand how hard it is to go into a therapist's office and share your story with a complete stranger. My goal is to make that feel less scary. I like to build trust, to move at your speed, and to be an actual person in the room with you. Together we will focus on your resilience and strengths, instead of pathologizing you (aka "what's wrong with you"). I take an eclectic approach that includes relational, attachment-based, trauma informed somatic (mind-body), and person-centered therapies. I have been counseling in private practice in Los Angeles since September 2017. As an associate worked at Southern California Counseling Center. I volunteer as a grief specialist for a children's grief camp through Experience Camps. I am Level 1 TRM® trained through the Trauma Resource Institute and have completed a Grief Specialist Training through Our House. I will complete training in NeuroAffective Touch® in November 2022.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we need to connect with ourselves if we want our lives to feel better and more in our control. I have faith that therapy can create space for us to realize our feelings and instincts, and teach us to speak the language of our own intuition.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
