About My Clients
I work individually with Christian women and teens struggling with depression and anxiety related to relationship issues, divorce, parenting, spirituality, identity, school/work stress, and major life transitions. My purpose as a therapist is to help my clients learn to believe in themselves, increase their sense of worth, have a meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and live a happier and healthier version of themselves. Life is not easy, and it's okay to reach out for help.
My Background and Approach
I provide online telehealth sessions via videoconferencing or phone. I also provide in-person walk and talk therapy sessions in Burbank, CA. Instead of the traditional office setting, these in-person counseling sessions take place while walking outdoors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am dedicated to creating an emotionally safe environment for clients… one in which each person can explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment. Although my worldview is Christian, I am skilled in working with those of all different ethnicities and backgrounds. For my Christians clients, I can incorporate scriptural activities and prayer into sessions.
