I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and general mental health. I am passionate about working with adults and children on an individual basis, using an eclectic therapeutic approach. I hope that my collaborative, empathetic, and trauma-informed perspective will support people in achieving their goals.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership; my goal is to meet you where you are and provide you with a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, and friendly environment to express and process your thoughts and feelings. I will walk alongside you on your path to wellness and provide you with the tools you need to both determine and achieve your goals (and maybe have a good laugh or two along the way).
