I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, family systems and couples therapy, and emotionally focused therapeutic approaches. Through traditional talk therapy, couples/relationship counseling, and family resource coaching , I provide a wide range of support options for families, both of origin and affinity.
