I work from the perspectives of anti-oppression, including anti-racism, anti-diet, anti-ableism, and trauma-informed.
I help emotionally sensitive people understand their responses, build excellent coping skills, and move forward with important goals. I love working with creative folks, including fellow artists and healers. I provide a space where you are seen, honored, understood, and not judged. My background is in mindfulness-based approaches that offer solid skills and practices (including DBT and ACT). Also, I'm an artist and a little bit woo-woo. So in our work together, we might talk about plants and crystals. We might talk about brain science, spirituality, and creative practices. We'll probably practice some grounding techniques. It's likely that we will explore what you want to do and, with compassion and curiosity, figure out what's holding you back. Our work will be collaborative and tailored towards your goals and interests.
