Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that we never meant to be in, and desperately want to change. In sessions, we can unpack the emotions, relational influences and historical factors that led you to this place, and help you recognize other parts of yourself, your needs and goals, and learn healthy communication skills and boundaries so you can move forward with confidence.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and anxiety can feel like a motor that won't shut off. Together, we can recognize patterns, practice self compassion, and implement new coping skills to bring more ease into your life.

Change can be difficult, and certain life transitions can throw us for a loop. Through counseling, we can explore your current stressors, values, and desires, and create a plan to move forward with clarity and grace.

Our thoughts, emotions and behaviors all intertwine to impact our mental health. Together we will give space to recognize them, notice when they are helpful or harmful, and explore ways to shift them when needed for a more grounded sense of self.

We are complex beings, and our life, emotions and reactions are rarely black and white. Together we will recognize the various parts of self, explore the messages and needs of each part, and help them work together for greater sense of ease and to access your inner wisdom.

Often we can feel low when reflecting on the past, and anxious when worrying about the future. Peace and expansiveness can often be found in the present, and together we can learn how to be more present and navigate the world from a more centered place.
