I work with clients to manage their anxiety, depression, and to repair and enhance their physical and emotional connections, so that they may enjoy their relationships and lives to the fullest potential.
My Background and Approach
I have a gentle but direct approach and focus on helping clients be more intentional in their lives, relationships, and sexual encounters. I work to build a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore, grow and show their authentic selves. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client or couples' needs.
