My Background and Approach
Utilizing primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior strategies, I help clients examine core belief systems. Through goal setting, skill building, and close examination of thoughts and feelings, clients can learn to manage feelings of depression, anxiety, and symptoms of trauma.
