About My Clients
I work with clients that are overwhelmed with anxiety and have high levels of stress. Individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, PTSD, and Depression. Couples having relationship communication and intimacy challenges. Together we will create a plan to help support both your personal and relationship goals. I also teach clients how to masterfully manage their energy, so that they can become more effective and experience more happiness in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about neuroscience and the connection between the mind and body. I work with integrative therapeutic approaches that promotes holistic healing. I have experience working with neurological disorders and neuropsychological challenges and concerns: Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar, life stress, goal setting, marital/relationship challenges, Trauma/PTSD, codependency, sexual concerns, and addiction. I have worked with both children and adults specializing in neuropsychology. I also specialize in Sex and couples therapy and am a certified Advanced Tantra Educator. I like to integrate a variety of approaches: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Imago, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Tantra, & psychodynamic therapy. I am also interested in integrating the latest technologies into treatment (VR Therapy, neurofeedback, & biofeedback), in line with the latest neuroscientific research.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everything is energetically connected and in order to experience exponential growth we must work through life's challenges together. We are here to support each other on this journey of life. I am an advocate of the LGBTQ community.
