About My Clients
I work with clients where they are in the moment. There is no specific timeframe for healing in therapy, and no two people are the same; mindfulness, understanding, and encouragement are the fundamental ways I meet with you. In counseling through trauma and life circumstances, I was able to see that hope, not giving up, and working with a professional can make a difference in how I approach significant issues and even the little things in life.
My Background and Approach
Through the healing sessions of counseling, I hope to work with you on your journey in eclectic mixed theories such as person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (C.B.T.), dialectical-behavioral therapy (D.B.T.), trauma-focused C.B.T., A.C.T., and mindfulness, to name a few.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love and grew up in the Northwest; I have worked for more than 27 years in the healthcare industry in both paid and volunteer positions within my community. I love working with people; over the years, I have worked with individuals and various charities to accomplish compassionate, caring change within our community for mind, body, and soul.
