About My Clients
I have worked with various populations focusing on issues of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My passion stems from my own experience of watching others struggle with mental health issues. I am here to provide support to you as you work towards emotional and mental wellness by helping you build on your strengths and introducing new skills through a collaborative relationship.
My Background and Approach
My experience stems from working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Approach. We will work collaboratively to address the issues that you are struggling with now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way.
