About My Clients
I am a holistic, client centered therapist that is empathetic, collaborative and goal-oriented. I focus on addressing negative self-talk and maladaptive behaviors that tend to get in the way of your life goals. My style is very personable, which allows us to explore your needs and becoming present-focused. If you are struggling with life transitions, frequently feeling overwhelmed, and are looking for guidance, together we can work towards achieving your full potential.

We will work together as a collaborative team in order to find out what your specific needs and goals are. Through this compassionate and candid way, we will create a plan of action that helps us navigate to your needs and life goals. I work with individuals, families, and caregivers by using an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws upon strengths-based practice, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Practices; these modalities allow for learning effective coping strategies, positive behavioral changes, and developing new relationships to one's own experiences. I am available for short and long-term treatment planning.
