My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is based on the principals of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). How we respond to outside stressors is key to living a happy and fulfilling life. CBT provides the insight and the skillset to successfully navigate life's inevitable challenges. I believe that we all have inside of us an incredible power to master our thoughts, emotions and habits. It is on this foundation that I invite you to build a life of greater abundance and satisfaction.

Everyone has natural talents and abilities to contribute to the world. But we are often told by parents, teachers, and society at-large to lower our expectations, appease others, and play it safe.
