About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients who may be struggling with Addiction, Infidelity, PTSD, and Trauma. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing your parts in a way that is Self led. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
My Background and Approach
I am a Level 3 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I have advanced training in Intimacy from The Inside Out (IFIO), a couple’s approach to IFS therapy. I am currently being trained in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT) I am a Licensed Social Worker in New York and New Jersey, and graduated from Fordham University where I earned my master’s degree in social work. I am passionate about helping my clients get to know and navigate their inner world. I work with individuals who have struggled with addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition, I enjoy couples work, focusing on communication, negative patterns in relational conflict, and issues of infidelity.
