I am a life-long athlete. I grew up playing team sports where the value of achievement, success, discipline, and bringing my best-self to life everyday was deeply instilled. Seeing myself as an individual, and also as a vital member of a team was always a warm and healing experience. My clients and I are on the same team. I strive towards bringing them to their best-selves by believing in their potential and holding them to it. I have a no-nonsense, clear speaking, results driven approach.

Our stories are lessons through which we experience something our soul is searching to understand. As conscious individuals we recognize ourselves as creators of our own realities. The beliefs we hold about ourselves contribute to our state of consciousness. I assist my clients in liberating themselves from limiting consciousness patterns. Once we clear these old energies and beliefs we can introduce new ones and strengthen the power and agency of the Self.

Consciousness is a function of frequency/vibration. Joy has a very different resonance in the body than fear. We can regulate our personal frequency through our beliefs, meditation, sound, mantra, plant medicines, color, crystals, and yoga/movement just to name a few. The work I do has been informed by various traditions of shamanism, plant medicines/herbalism, mystical and hermetic studies, astrology and creative self-expression through art. I am also an empath and will rely on my intuition.

Anxiety is physiologically a lack of breathing. What has triggered this 'freeze" response. Together we'll work to uncover the triggers and memories you're holding that trigger a response that prevents you from drawing the life giving/affirming oxygen deeply into your lungs.

Men have a lot to process and have culturally not been presented with the opportunity to process their feelings in a safe environment. I hold space for them and direct them more deeply into the places that are yearning to be heard, felt, and released.

I have a spiritual bent to the work that I do and I trust that their is a grand design and purpose to our lives here. I seek to draw clients into a sense of power and agency that stems from viewing themselves as divine and an aspect of creator and the great creation. This is different than certain religious models that seek to disempower the individual for the sake of idolizing an external concept/entity. I lead experiential workshops where individuals learn about and exercise this sacred self.
