About My Clients
Children with big feelings or behaviors they can’t control or teens struggling with sadness, anxiety, or stress, I'm here to help with teaching ways to identify and cope with these emotions. Foster or adopted child who is struggling with behaviors due to the feelings of loss. Are you a caregiver of a teen or preteen and feel disconnected and need a way to understand each other? My Background and Approach
I use play therapy along with teaching parenting skills. This empowers the child by being in a safe place using "their language" and empowers the caregiver by having the tools necessary to help with connection before correction. I "speak teen" and listen without judgement to help them navigate the struggles they are facing.
