This non-touch approach gives my clients the opportunity to step outside the box of traditional talk therapy and to move trauma outside of their energetic system through various exercises.

This has assisted so many of my clients to resolve phobias, relationship cycles, emotional triggers and behavioral patterns which they could not target being a result of this current time period.

I have a true passion in helping my clients to acknowledge exactly how powerful their sub-conscious mind is once they get hold of it. I empower my clients to see how they can naturally increase their relaxation, achieve desired goals and become the version of themselves they’ve always wanted.
