In therapy I like to engage clients in mindfulness and body-oriented techniques. I am EMDR trained and enjoy this tool to help clients move forward with healing. Primarily I operate from strengths-based approaches, utilizing expressive techniques such as art, music, and sand tray to highlight the therapeutic process. My approach is tailored to each individual, generally drawing from a basis of holistic, trauma informed, evidence-based therapies.
