My Background and Approach
I'm a marriage counselor & a trauma therapist. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in couples counseling. I use EMDR and attachment trauma therapy in treating childhood trauma, attachment trauma, & relationship trauma in adults. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, fear of abandonment, difficulty maintaining relationships, or difficulty controlling your emotions, you may be dealing with repressed trauma.
