About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I know it can be difficult - embarrassing - to discuss your very personal and private world with a stranger. I do not judge or criticize, not your thoughts, not your actions or you. I specialize in healing the underlying pain which created the tidal wave of emotions in the first place. I am trained in the Gottman approach to couples counseling, use John Gray's approach to male/female stress responses, and offer guided imagery to deal with the baggage we all bring into relationships.
