About My Clients
Many of my clients want to feel better- to find solutions with the support of someone who understands what it is like to feel lost at sea - or invisible. Many have hard jobs, work remotely, are either separated from family and friends or feeling alienated from others. My clients feel angry, isolated, lonely, anxious, depressed. The couples I see are working through life's challenges and want a couple's counselor who gets them, who instead of pointing blame- points the way forward.
My Background and Approach
I have a humanistic, often brief approach- with some humor! I meet you where you are and focus on collaboration to set goals. There is no one-size fits all. I want to hear your story, then together we will map out what we need to do to get you where you want to be. I like to separate the problems from the person, and tap into your own personal GPS. Clients range from Hollywood to military, and teenagers to maritime. Whatever your challenges, I will meet you there and help you navigate through.
