I have over 7 years' experience working with a diverse population that fall under a vast range of socioeconomic statuses. I have experience working in the non-profit sector, hospice service, and the hospital setting. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals, and families learning how to process trauma, addiction, manage life stressors, and develop healthier coping skills to stabilize depression, anxiety and PTSD. My approach is to be compassionate, understanding, and empathetic by utilizing a holistic approach tailored to individual needs.
