About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck in old behaviors, overwhelmed, or anxious? Do you not like how you feel about yourself or your body? The first thing I want to tell you is that there is hope and change is possible! I have extensive experience helping clients with Stress Reduction, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Low Self Esteem, Negative Body Image and Disordered Eating. I am accepting new clients for online sessions (telehealth), so we can connect as soon as you are ready.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in Individual therapy for adults and have 16 years experience as a licensed MFT & Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I am highly skilled in providing DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. I use a variety of highly effective therapeutic interventions so that I can specialize our treatment to meet your specific recovery goals. Whether you already have past experiences with therapy or this is your first step, I will meet you where you are at and we will start from there.

I believe that we are all capable of increasing our awareness, making meaningful changes and achieving positive growth. In my practice I encourage a collaborative approach because I love having the honor of working together with my clients on their journey to healing and wellness. I provide a compassionate, inclusive space in which I can assess your individual needs and provide the necessary skills and insight needed to change unwanted behaviors, negative beliefs & unhealthy patterns in your life.
