About My Clients
I have a history of working with families, individuals, men, women and undecided. We will work together on setting goals and planning on how to get there. That being said I also tailor fit every session for where the client is at that moment and work to guide them towards their personal goals.
My Background and Approach
Art Therapy is a method of expression, often used in conjunction with traditional methods, to allow expression in a safe and contained way. As a specialized therapy I provide an environment for expression that includes some talk but relies more on the process of making art. The art made in therapy isn’t typically for display, for gifts, or for sale; it’s made to heal your soul. I won’t do the work for you but I will gladly walk with you on your journey towards a happier/healthier life.
