My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma or distressing life events. My approach integrates both mind & body, nutrition, and movement. My approach to therapy is eclectic by combining a holistic approach with evidenced based treatments that are tailored to the presenting concern and to incorporate all aspects of yourself. I offer a mix of coaching, insight-oriented therapy, somatic therapy, mind & body, EMDR, and talk therapy based on clients individualized plan.
