About My Clients
The ideal client for me is someone who wants to heal from a traumatic experience, decrease their anxiety or panic symptoms, improve their self esteem, or decrease whatever symptom is holding them back from feeling their absolute best.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in private practice since 2019. I utilize various approaches in session but primarily use a very client centered approach and I like to meet clients exactly where they are at. I fully believe that therapy is like riding in a car and you are in the drivers seat controlling where we go and how fast or slow we go. I am here for you and will work with you to start feeling your best!
