About My Clients
My hope for therapy and our collaborations together is that you can start to become more intune with your thoughts, actions, and emotions. While in therapy, you are in charge, and we will work together to overcome whatever obstacles life has thrown at you. Together we will explore those barriers and develop techniques to empower you towards being your Bestself. As we work to build the therapeutic relationship, I will help you identify vital resources and social supports.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with diverse clients; youth, men, women, and families. My therapy approach is evident-based approach, but not focusing on just one. I am trained in person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, Strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My compassion and values in the therapeutic relationship are important to me. I believe the relationship between you and I is built on trust, open communications, and respect to work collaboratively.
