About My Clients
Has anxiety or depression been impacting your daily life? Are you feeling 'stuck' in your relationship? Do you feel like you have been struggling to help your child and feel like you are out of options? You don't have to do it alone. In my work with children, couples, and adults I co-create a safe space where we can collaborate and interrupt the cycles that are keeping you from living the life you want to live. I look forward to collaborating and offering you tools to get you through this.
My Background and Approach
I do not impose my own agenda; my client provides the roadmap and I provide my skills in reaching their desired goal. I incorporate CBT, DBT, and strength based approaches to assist adults, couples, and children tackle the anxiety that is holding you back. I am Gottman Level 3 trained which has provided me with remarkable experiences in working with my couple's with regards to improving communication skills. I have also lead grief/loss support groups which has provided my clients to know that they are "not alone." With my knowledge in play therapy principles, I create a space for children to express themselves, and because of my passion in working with children and parents, this has provided me with great insight into assisting parents and children form this connection that leads to positive change.
