Play is how children communicate. It could be your child or your internal child. I use play and Sandtray with all my clients, from children to adults.

In IPNB, the mind is viewed as a process that regulates the flow of both energy and information through its neurocircuitry, which is then shared and regulated between people through engagement, connection, and communication.

I have specialized in working with children. When serving children, I apply a systemic approach, working with the parents and teachers.. While working with parents and families, I focus on increasing attachment and connection so that you can be the parent you want.

Anxiety is usually a symptom that something is going on inside you. We will find the root of the symptom and work on it.

Anxiety is usually the first symptom that shows up when they are internal conflicts. Together we will find the root of the anxiety and work on it.

I believe you, and it was not your fault, are the two more powerful sentences that a secual abuse survivor needs to hear. We will work on putting the shame and guilt where they belong, with the abuser.
