Did you grow up in a dysfunctional home/family? And are still feeling the after effects, through failed or unhealthy relationships, stress and feeling frustrated in your relationships, feeling alone, misunderstood, and still holding on to anger and resentment. Maybe you didn't have a good example of what a healthy relationship are, and now you're trying to figure it out on your own but aren't having much success. Good news is you can unlearn all the BS that isn't serving you anymore!
My Background and Approach
I have experience with working with people across the lifespan. And I have deeply connected with learning people's attachment, exploring their childhood and ways they form relationships. I especially love working with client's in helping them identify the things that are causing their anxiety/depression, letting go of the BS they don't need, and gaining the confidence and skills to help them create the life and relationships they want.
