About My Clients
My clients may experience a variety of things- anxiety, depression, and struggling with changes in their everyday life. Together, we will work to process what is happening. I work with clients who have faced a variety of stressors in their lives and believe in finding effective coping skills to help clients with the challenges they face. I aim to help clients with relationship-building, empowerment, connection, and finding tools that emphasize their individual strengths.
My Background and Approach
I am a Counseling Intern under the supervision of Lauren Anderson, LPC (License #0701008795). I have been in pursuit of my licensure and am currently working on my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a strong advocate for inclusivity, authenticity, and collaboration in counseling. Although I take a holistic approach to counseling, compassion and empathy are the foundation with which I approach client relationships. My ultimate goal is to work with the strengths and challenges each client brings into the relationship to help empower my clients to find ways to move through their everyday life.
