My Background and Approach
Life has no shortage of stressors; therapy is an opportunity to process challenges which can lead to self-discovery and growth. I help clients become better equipped to effect change – large or small - leading to better relationships, more fulfillment and improved feelings of self-worth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
One cannot control the uncontrollable, nor can past events be rewritten. I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment, and help clients glean insight and awareness to better understand their circumstances, learn to develop healthy & effective coping skills, and promote optimal responses leading to better self-understanding and positive change.
