About My Clients
Are you unable at times to get out of bed in the mornings, overwhelmed, too often anxious and stressed? Do you wish you could find more joy and feel more alive and have more ease in your life? As a potential client you need to know that you are not alone, that you are not broken, nor are you a problem that needs to be fixed. Struggling with life and repeating the same old patterns again and again can be exhausting.
My Background and Approach
I will support you on your journey to learn to befriend yourself, to feel safer, more stable and trusting in life itself. I use Body-Centered Therapies including Brainspotting and BodyMind Psychotherapy, catalyzing the organic intelligence of the brain and body to heal itself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that in order to heal we must learn ways to be kinder and more compassionate towards ourselves , even when there is shame around what we have endured in our past . In my work, I will help you to understand that you are not your thoughts even though they so easily hijack you . I always include body awareness in our sessions because the body never lies and can better informs us.
