My approach is to help you get your mind and body back on track and in sync. There are a lot of tools (i.e. movement, mindfulness, eye movement, breathing, tapping, thought records) that we can talk about together. Ultimately, this approach will be catered to you because you are the expert on you.
I am licensed to provide counseling (LMFT), addiction counseling (LCDC) and teach yoga (RYT). I have certificates specializing in trauma counseling and focus on mind-body techniques (i.e. somatic experiencing, yoga, tapping, EMDR, Internal Family Systems).
