One of my favorite demographics is teens and young adults. Finding your place in the world can be a scary and exciting transitional time. I have experience working at local high schools and with individuals. My professional project closely looked at the relationship between teens and parents with bicultural conflict.

I believe all people are good, but life experiences have made it easy to make decisions we normally wouldn't. I am not here to judge your circumstances or choice but to sit with you, unconditionally and empathetically.

I currently have level 1 Gottman training.

Attachment therapy is a type of therapy that helps people understand and improve their relationships. It's based on the idea that our early relationships with our caregivers shape how we relate to others in our adult lives. By understanding our attachment style, we can learn how to better communicate our needs and emotions, and build more secure relationships. AT can be especially beneficial for people who have experienced trauma or have difficulty forming close relationships.
