About My Clients
I believe clients deserve to be in a safe and trusting space to explore meaningful issues in their lives. Everyone is capable of creating change, and the power of healing is within us. In therapy, we seek to find those powers and develop them to create healthy and positive changes.
My Background and Approach
Nouna has experience working in the Middle East and the United States of America and values diversity. Her experience includes working with adolescents, families, and adults struggling with adjustment, anxiety, depression, relationship, and racial issues. Nouna utilizes interventions from the school of humanistic, post-modern, EMDR and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) as well as mindfulness and meditation.
