About My Clients

Therapy for People who feel deeply! I work with Teens and Adults. My clients are folks who may struggle with self-criticism: exhibiting itself as increased daily anxiety; maybe in their relationship with food (disordered eating), body image struggles, people-pleasing/perfectionism, or shame around their sensitive nature. I specialize in disordered eating and body image, anxiety, ADHD and neurodiversity, as well as supporting clients who identify as highly sensitive or empaths.

My Background and Approach

Every person deserves a space to process feelings and emotions. As your therapist, I promise to create a safe space for you to be free to come as you are — to help you grow into the most authentic version of you. Bachelor’s degree: Education and Sociology, Oakland University. Master’s Degree: Counseling, Oakland University. OU is a CACREP program which means they are held to rigorous standards when training future clinicians. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan. I am also a Licensed School Counselor (SCL). This background provides me with additional expertise in working with adolescents. As a relational therapist, I am honored to bear witness to the stories of my clients. I am a firm believer that in that connection we find healing and belonging. I appreciate incorporating non-stigmatizing, compassion focused modalities. Relational Therapy Social-Justice/Feminist Theory Parts Work Somatic Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
