About My Clients
I look forward to joining in your path to understand your fast thoughts, constant activity, lack of attention, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating or even the rapid heart beating which prevent you from being present I your life. These symptoms may be some that you have been going through lately which took you to find guidance and assistance.
My Background and Approach
At times things become difficult, life doesn't have the same joy that it used to, kids are not behaving as they have been raised to behave, learning has become difficult, and things just don't seem going as you would like it. I am a counselor that will walk with you in this journey and aid you to feel more empowered. Graduated from Southern Methodist University. Trained and provide therapy such as talk, activity, guided imagery, grounding exercises; to children, adolescents and adults. Along with parent support and education in behaviors, diagnoses, communication, and issues at school. While working together I encourage you to grow in ways you never thought you could while still acknowledging what happened. Learning to not let the traumatic, negative and hurtful things in life define you as an individual is one step we will take together. I thrive provide a safe place were you are able to be your genuine self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a believer or owning our stories. You may not have had the most ideal upbringing or have consistent support at the moment. Owning your story and being able to have control over your choices and destiny will be something I strive to do while we work together.
