Depression can range from annoying to debilitating and everything in-between. By providing education on in-balance, behavior change, and/or referral for pharmacological intervention, it will be our goal to have symptoms managed for optimal wellness.

As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community I am not only a provider but advocate. Whether struggling with coming out, gender / transition challenges, or simply seeking an affirming provider, I look forward to our work together. Allies, family, and friends of our community are also welcome as clients. Project Bravery is inclusive while a proud member of the Olalla Center.
Therapy is often for a reason, season, or lifetime. If you fall within the reason or season, SFBT might be for you. By developing clear goals and the tools necessary to achieve them you will tackle challenges and move into achievement.
By understanding the way we think, process, and typically respond to stressors, we have the opportunity to evaluate if it is serving us or if we need to make changes for better outcomes. CBT helps to identify discrepancies which often get in our way.
Accepting what is within our locus-of-control and what is not helps to focus the work of therapy on what can be achieved for overall health, wellness, and well being. By accepting what is, and committing to the change necessary outcomes are strengthened.
