About My Clients
Are you tired of feeling the way you have been? For the past six years, my goal has been to help my clients learn about themselves and develop the life they always wanted allowing them to live their best lives. I have worked with people of all ages and walks of life conquer their anxiety, depression, past trauma and relationship issues. I'm hoping to help you make the changes you need to live your best life.
My Background and Approach
I try to make my counseling style warm and interactive; more like a conversation than a interrogation. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution focused and narrative counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Right now, I'm only offering telehealth/on-line therapy. I understand that on-line therapy can feel intimidating and impersonal for those who haven't tried it. I've found that it is as effective as in-person and the convenience cannot be beat. I use a variety of on-line platforms but Zoom is my go-to.
