I provide culturally responsive, trauma informed therapy to help you grow and make positive changes in your life. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I have over 7 years of experience providing coaching and counseling to adults, adolescents and families. I have experience working with diverse clients in various mental health settings. I tend to use an eclectic, relational based approach, while also paying attention to your environment and how it affects your life and presenting problems.
