My Background and Approach
As a graduate of Henderson State University, I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 10 years. My practice focuses on adolescents and adults (ages 13+) who present with a variety of concerns including Behavioral Issues, Anger Management, Work/Life balance, Anxiety, Depression, Codependency, Coping Skills, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Family Conflict, Grief, Parenting, Relationship challenges, Self Esteem or those simply wanting support in achieving their purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones.
