I use Cogntive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety and depression issues. Together, we will examine your thinking process to weed out and/or combate the negative irrational thoughts that contribute and/or produce the anxiety and depression feelings you are experiencing.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety including panic attacks and high anxiety episodes. Together, we will examine your thinking process to combat the negative irrational thoughts which produce the anxiety symptoms you are experiencing.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and other techniques and exercises including Gestalt therapy psychodrama "empty chair" methods to combat the negative, obsessive and/or irrational thoughts behind the symptoms you are experiencing. I have worked with several individuals over the last three years and have become an expert at assisting clients to gain a sense of healing from the trauma they've endured in life.
